During July and August: only rental from Saturday to Saturday.
One-time cleaning fee when renting the entire villa: € 125

During low season it is possible to book on other arrival days (according to availability calendar) with a minimum stay of 4 nights. 

General information

Room rates are based on per night, excluding breakfast.

Check-in: from 3 p.m.

Check out: before 11 a.m.

Children are most welcome! However, pets are not allowed.

Owners live on adjacent property and building, completely private and gated. For questions and help, of course, easy to reach.

Prices will be increased from 2026!

Terms of payment and cancellation

  • Payment:
    1. When booking within 2 weeks 25% of the rental amount
    2. At least 6 weeks before arrival the total remaining amount (including the deposit)
  • Deposit € 350 payed cash by arrival. After departure this will be refunded if everything is in order.
  • Cancellation: If the rental agreement is cancelled in the period up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental fee remains due. For cancellations from six weeks before the start date, it is 100%.

  • Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation of each payment. In addition, we recommend that you purchase proper travel and cancellation insurance.

    1. Bedding, the beds are made upon arrival
    2. Bathroom towels
    3. Kitchen and tea towels
    4. Beach towels for pool and beach
    5. Normal energy consumption, including air conditioning in each room, to be used only when present
    6. WIFI CONNECTION – TV – sound box
